Hospitality, Absences, and Safety

Each rehearsal includes a 10-15 minute social break!

Use this time to rest your chops and get to know your fellow community orchestra members!

Need to miss a rehearsal or concert or take a break?

No worries! We’re a low-pressure, non-competitive volunteer organization. If you’ll be missing a rehearsal, taking some time off, or unable to attend an upcoming concert, simply let our Conductor, Steven Huang, know. In some cases, we may need to find a substitute, so your advance notice is greatly appreciated!

Safety Protocol

In light of changed conditions, the Board has decided to remove restrictions involving Covid.  We continue to encourage vaccination, booster shots, and self-testing, and will respect those who wish to wear a mask.  Do not attend rehearsal if you think you have symptoms of Covid, or any other potentially contagious ailment, or if you have tested positive.
